All our First Aid training courses are based on UK Resuscitation guidelines. Our workplace courses are designed to meet the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, giving you and your team the skills to qualify as a first aider.

We provide a relaxed training environment where all participants can feel confident and at ease. Most of the courses you see below are short, lasting around half a day.
