Course overview
This one-day course covers the basics of first aid and is designed for people working in low-risk environments, including shops and offices. On completing the course, first aiders will be able to confidently provide emergency first aid if someone becomes ill or injured at work.

- The treatment and care for an unconscious patient
- Recognising and treating seizures
- Recognising cardiac arrest and performing CPR
