Alison is our trainer for all things first aid! Her friendly and fun nature means she always puts candidates at ease, and delivers engaging classes so that everyone comes away confident to implement their new life saving skills if needed.
Andrew comes to us with many years of construction experience and had his own building company until he emigrated to Australia, where he again set up his own company, in 2016 he came back to the UK, we believe his expertise and enthusiasm will be a valuable addition to our close-knit team here at Browns.

His career journey began as a H&S consultant, and he’s passionately committed to lessening workplace risks and enforcing safety regulations.
He champions the view that safety is central to an organization’s ethos.
With great attention to detail and can-do attitude, Ilona works with many of our clients to improve and maintain their health and safety. She has a host of experience across the hospitality, retail and warehousing sectors which is invaluable to us. A qualified face fit tester, Ilona will also ensure your disposable or half face masks provide the protection you need.
A former chef and publican, Karen’s our food safety and fire risk expert but has more than a decade of experience in supporting our varied clients. A busy consultant and trainer Karen also ensures the smooth running of the business as Operations Manager.
Steve’s background in the construction industry and experience of quarrying and heavy industry means he has a sound knowledge in health and safety. He was a founding partner of Browns Health and Fire Safety in 1996 before eventually acquiring the company as sole owner. His industry experience and knowledge make him the perfect trainer for our construction and quarry-based courses.
